We have carried out the follow procedures:

1. IQC: Pre-Production Quality Control

Strictly according to the technical documentation standards and materials operating instructions, our professional inspectors test and check all raw materials and accessories to confirm if they conform to the use standards. Just the qualified materials will be put into production; unqualified materials will be immediately rejected.

2. IPQC: During Production Quality Control

During the production process, we implement 3 ways to make the produce random error to the minimum.

1) First sample inspection: Our first sample inspection generally uses the” three inspection system" approach. It means that our operating workers will do self-test firstly. Then the team leader of each production line will retest. At last the full-time inspector will do special inspection. Whether the samples inspection qualified, it should be confirmed by the full-time inspectors finally. Please pay attention that our “first sample” not mean only “one piece”, it means a certain number of samples.

2) Circuit Inspection: At a certain interval and a certain routs, the inspectors will take turns to check if the products meet the drawings, technology and rules of the inspection guide book.

3) At the end of the product inspection: We will do the last comprehensive inspection after completing a batch of production. After inspection, if found has defect in the mold or device, we will repair the mold or device well at once. It can avoid affect the next batch of production.

3. FQC: Final Quality Control

In order to achieve 0% defect standard of the products and achieve the 0% complaint from customer, we will do unparalleled test before they leave factory.

It includes checking product appearance, functions, and accessories. Here we would like take our tablet pc FQC details for an example.

4. OQC: Pre-delivery Quality Control

1) Extracting 30% of the products which has passed thought FQC stage then do one more time FQC inspection.

2) To inspect if has damage on package and carton box, to confirm if it is consistent with the condition transport.

Most factories will ignore the OQC stage, in order to ensure 100% stability of the product’s quality; we will offer service to the small small detail no matter how small it is.
